2. Use of the website
a) Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.
a) Stephanie Costa Hair Stylist does not offer product exchanges for a ‘change of mind’ on any other purchase (hair accessories). If you have any concerns with your purchase please contact us (using the above email) within 7 days of receiving it. Matters brought to our attention after this time will not be processed.
b) Please select your product carefully. We will not accept returns for exchange or credit if you, the customer purchases the incorrect product.
c) In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact us. If a manufacturing fault is found by our assessment, all costs of the product will be paid by Stephanie Costa Hair Stylist to rectify the fault.
d) Please note that products returned to us without contacting us will be denied.
e) Refunds will not be given.
a) Shipping is for Australia only.
b) Stephanie Costa Hair Stylist aims to get all orders sent off on a Tuesday, so keep in mind arrival dates will differ according to your shipping requests.
c) We do no not ship orders on public holidays or weekends.
d) The general estimated shipping timeframes are as follows;
e) AUSTRALIA STANDARD: 3-10 business days
f) AUSTRALIA EXPRESS: 2-6 business days
